Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nvf-Co. 034-655-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ohio-Gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okaya parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ohio-Gear product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ohio-Gear such as the GW5004A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPM20516A manufactured by Okaya and we are pleased to be able to service most Okaya systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B2300MC140 by Manufacturer Ohio-Gear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Okuma Brand BLMH201E12SB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Okuma such as E4809436072B equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E4809045037E made by Okuma as well as the popular WGBF28X152A original spares produced by Obara

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FUBP4R2FUBP4R2 by Okuma and E4809436072B spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VMX3006037002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Octel.
